Using your patients’ insurance id and date of birth, I verify their insurance coverage and reply to you with their expected copay, so you know exactly what to charge at the time of service.

I bill all of your claims through the various insurance companies you’re paneled with to get you paid as quickly as possible.

Many of your patients may have secondary insurance which requires additional billing. I take care of all of that.

Insurance companies have deadlines for paying claims, but that doesn’t mean it always works out that way. I keep track of each session, making sure you’ve received payment for each of them, and take action when necessary.

Insurance companies regularly process claims incorrectly, requiring additional follow up and reprocessing. It’s all a part of the game. I will call and see to it that you get paid what you are owed.

Some of your patients may prefer to pay privately and most using insurance will have a copay. I can bill all of that for you, too.

The software I use produces detailed reports regarding outstanding claims and balances, so we can always keep a close eye on your accounting.
